Your Role:
- This is an opportunity to join a Fintech firm specializing in broker-dealer operations with a focus on ACATS transfers.
- You will work on a B2B clearing platform supporting a wide network of partner brokers and API-driven workflows.
- The team is 100% distributed and remote, requiring deep operational expertise in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
Things You Get To Do:
- Process daily ACATS and non-ACATS transfers, including DTC/FOP and other nonstandard transfer types.
- Identify documentation irregularities and execute correct reject paths while applying controls to prevent errors.
- Serve as the firm's Subject Matter Expert on transfers and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
