What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and broker partners, assisting with service needs and issues.
- Submit and process operational requests, including funds distributions, account updates, and ACATs.
- Interact with internal teams like trading desk, operations, and engineering to resolve client issues.
Who You Are:
- Excited about Alpaca's mission and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a FINRA Series 7 license and have 1-2 years of securities industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations.
