Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements and releases supporting contact management and customer authentication capabilities.
• Review business requirements, user stories, and functional designs to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate end-to-end business processes, identify and track defects, and coordinate regression testing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UAT, QA, Business Analysis, or related role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; experience testing customer servicing, CRM, or authentication platforms.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM; experience managing multiple testing efforts.
