Role Mission:
- Recruit qualified panellists for market research studies via outbound calls, emails, and desk research.
- Meet daily call-volume and recruitment targets while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate study requirements and next steps to potential respondents.
- Follow up with participants to convert them into panel members and reactivate inactive ones.
- Collaborate with US and EU teams to resolve project-specific issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in a business-related environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and quick learner of new technologies.
