Welocalize is seeking a Turkey-based patent filing associate firm to support client legal teams in executing jurisdiction-specific patent filing and validation activities. This partnership forms part of a broader multi-country filing program focused on optimizing quality, cost, and compliance in global IP processes. Scope of Work: Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in Turkey. Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT). Provide local representation and expert insight into TURKPATENT procedural and documentation requirements. Offer guidance on timelines, formalities, and updates related to Turkish patent prosecution and filings. Participate in rate discussions and provide transparent pricing (hourly, task-based, or based on official fee structure, as applicable).
