Virtual Legal Assistant

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company and value long-term partnerships. You will work full-time with the Client company with Agency providing ongoing support to ensure your continued success through Slack workspace, bi-weekly All Team meetings and monthly reviews. The client is looking for a highly organized, client-centered Legal Assistant who can serve as a warm and competent point of contact for our clients, leads, and referral partners. This person will manage scheduling, answering the phone, promptly responding to emails, taking accurate messages, preparing, and sending engagement letters and payment/invoices, and build lasting relationships that start the moment a client calls or reaches out to our firm.
