Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The TraX Customer Specialist assists and educates users on LexisNexis Risk solutions and services, focusing on call detail records and geo-location investigations.
  • Requires same-day response to all customer support inquiries, ensuring complete resolution.
  • Build strong rapport with customers by maintaining timely, consistent, and proactive and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of experience with Accurint TraX
  • Have experience in customer service or in a public-facing position
  • Have solid organizational, prioritizing and time management skills

Teamwork:

  • Can work in a team setting and independently
  • Be Self-motivated and dynamic
  • Liaise with various teams, including engineering, product, sales, and subject matter experts to ensure customer satisfaction.
