About the Role:

• As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a central role in members' care journeys by providing compassionate support and medication coordination.
• You'll be embedded within a cross-functional care team, serving as the primary coordinator for medication management and prior authorization workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT) workflows, including refills, fulfillment coordination, and adherence support.
• Coordinate prior authorization workflows across prescribed medications, including preparing submissions, tracking status, and supporting appeals.
• Communicate directly with members, providers, pharmacies, and internal care teams to ensure timely access to medications.
