Global Director, Customer & Partner Education

We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader to lead our Customer & Partner Education team (The ControlUp Academy). This role will focus on building and executing education programs that drive success for both ControlUp customers and partners. The Director will play a critical role in shaping and scaling these programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and revenue objectives. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an education strategy that drives product adoption, customer satisfaction, and partner success, ultimately helping to build a scalable and impactful education framework. The role will focus on building and executing education programs that drive success for customers and partners. The director is in charge of shaping programs and aligning with the company's objectives.
