The Account Manager is responsible for achieving renewal revenue targets through proactively engaging with customers. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and partners to negotiate and execute renewal contracts. You will support the team in maintaining high renewal rates and identifying growth opportunities.

As a Technical Relationship Manager (TRM), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate, providing white-glove service to help enterprise customers maximize the value of ControlUp’s solutions. This role ensures a seamless customer journey from initial design and onboarding through ongoing adoption, expansion, and optimization.
