About the role:
- As (Senior) Technical Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of high complexity Agentic AI deployments.
- You will run your pod as a single accountable delivery unit from scoping through go-live and hypercare.
Areas of ownership:
- Project Delivery: Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for assigned Agentic AI customer projects.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary delivery contact for customer sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional & Pod Coordination: Align Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects, while coordinating with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions in Contact Center/CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms.
- Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, with judgment on when to apply each.
