Delivery Consultant

About the Role:

• You will lead global enterprise customer deployment projects and programs end to end, from post-sale kickoff through implementation completion and CS handoff, on time and on budget.
• You will own and maintain program plans, BRDs, SOWs, acceptance criteria, risk registers, dependency maps, resource plans, and success criteria for each engagement.
• You will manage third-party partner relationships for custom implementation builds, ensuring partner deliverables align with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Sales, CS, R&D, Enablement, FDEs, and Solutions Engineers to align on customer objectives and resolve blockers.
• Produce and maintain client-facing and internal collateral including SOWs, BRDs, training documentation, data mapping documents, and status reports.
• Identify, escalate, and actively mitigate implementation risks including political friction and scope misalignments.
