Job Description
Patient Communication:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and place outbound calls.
- Respond to patient inquiries as they relate to healthcare services.
- Direct contacts to the appropriate person or department.
Customer Service:
- Act as primary point of contact for patients via phone, email and chat systems.
- Demonstrate high levels of customer service as a Brand Ambassador.
- Build long-lasting relationships built on trust.
Administrative Tasks:
- Review insurance eligibility for applicable callers when scheduling appointments.
- Document results of contact in patient management system.
- Maintain strict patient/client confidentiality at all times.
