Campaign Execution:

  • Run integrated, multi-channel acquisition campaigns targeting new business and government accounts using email, paid media, and content.
  • Write compelling ad copy and emails, and design images using Canva or by collaborating with the in-house creative team.
  • Support webinar logistics, promotion, and follow-up coordination to drive engagement and leads.

Project and Process Management:

  • Write project briefs to initiate work with the internal agency and coordinate with PMO to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Use Asana to manage campaign timelines and provide clear feedback on all project deliverables.
  • Communicate new and upcoming campaign activities to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and awareness.

Analytics and Coordination:

  • Pull and segment contact lists, execute data cleanup, and map account fields to ensure accurate campaign targeting and attribution.
  • Ensure leads from campaigns and webinars are properly scored and routed to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Pull campaign performance data and package it into clear, digestible recaps for analysis and reporting.
