NICE is seeking a Portfolio Sales Engineer to lead the functional and technical sales process, focusing on NICE's portfolio through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration. The role involves articulating NICE solutions’ value and positioning NICE’s products to business and technical users. Responsibilities include cross-platform messaging, technical expertise in call center operations, telephony, and cloud computing.
The PSE must be a self-motivated storyteller with a proven track record in software sales and technology knowledge. The candidate should be ready to demonstrate a positive “can do” approach. Responsibilities include managing customer requirements, influencing clients, leading technical aspects of the sales process, assisting with POCs, and providing product feedback.
