Responsibilities:
- Lead technical solution development and architecture for VA and federal healthcare opportunities.
- Partner with Business Development, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers to develop winning technical approaches.
- Author and review technical proposal volumes, management approaches, and executive summaries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years supporting large-scale federal healthcare IT programs and enterprise architectures.
- 7+ years supporting federal business development, capture management, and proposal solutioning.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with VA proposals, EHRM, FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data integration.
- Strong understanding of Shipley Proposal Methodology and SAFe Agile.
- Federal proposal win experience supporting opportunities valued at $10M+.
