Job Description
Lead end-to-end management of RCM projects, including implementation, optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing, coding, IT, compliance) to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Provide regular project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, and 3-5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or project management. Strong understanding of RCM processes and proficiency with project management software are required.
