Investigations & Case Management:
- Investigates serious matters, including professional misconduct and criminal allegations.
- Prepares case plans, determines investigation strategies, and identifies required evidence.
- Develops case files to prosecutorial and evidentiary standards, including Investigation Reports and Investigator Key Documents.
Team Membership:
- Facilitates the sharing and transfer of knowledge and information within the department.
- Contributes to the development of standardized practices, guidelines, and procedures.
- Manages own caseload while collaborating with team members.
Relationship & Alliance Building:
- Develops and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with law enforcement.
- Works with government agencies, federal and provincial judicial bodies, and financial institutions.
