Growth Operations Coordinator

This role involves owning the day-to-day coordination that makes tender intake and the tender-to-lock-in pipeline run smoothly, ensuring deals progress on time. Responsibilities include managing the tenders inbox, validating inputs, and uploading tenders into Control Room within SLA. The role supports the tender to lock-in pipeline by verifying contract completeness and routing eligible deals through e-signature. It also involves enabling Sales and partners by keeping partner status, pricing artifacts, and deal information current. The requirements include 1 to 3 years of experience in operations coordination, commercial operations, or a related role. Having strong attention to detail and being comfortable owning high-accuracy admin work in a high-volume environment is crucial. The role needs someone confident working across teams to keep a pipeline moving and someone comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly.
