Job Description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across both technical (Engineering) and non-technical (Sales, Operations, and Logistics) teams at Flexe. This role plays a key part in shaping our organization by partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-impact talent strategies and exceptional candidate experiences.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including headcount approvals, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Deliver a transparent and inclusive candidate experience with frequent communication and clear expectations. Champion consistent and fair hiring practices across all functions.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across technical and non-technical teams. Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs, build talent profiles, and drive effective recruiting strategies. Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and influence outcomes.
Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, applicants, and referrals. Tailor sourcing approaches for engineering, sales, and operations roles. Focus on building and maintaining strong, well-qualified candidate pipelines that align with role requirements and team goals.
