Job Description
This position is an hourly, non-exempt, and full-time position. This is a US based hybrid or remote role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F), with the option to work from any of Newfront's office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. The role involves managing outsourcing of workflows, database file management, preparing client communications, monitoring client information, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating the renewal process. Qualifications include strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, time management, and organizational skills. Preferred experience includes brokerage experience and private client insurance experience.
