Responsible for company-wide recruitment efforts across all lines of business and products, implementing Newfront’s full lifecycle recruiting process and strategies alongside the Talent Acquisition and People Operations (POps) Team. Source passive candidates, manage the interview process, and administer pre-employment programs.

Responsible for development, communication, and service needs for our Private Equity and Portfolio group companies and for retaining large, complex accounts through relationship management. Manage and retain client relationships as a trusted advisor. Assess client’s risk profile to determine risk and insurance needs and go-to-market strategy. Partner with production teams to establish and maintain aligned service offerings and delivery of client needs.
