Revenue Operations at Chartbeat is a Salesforce-based systems-focused team reporting into our Finance department. The work we do supports and manages the tools and platforms used by all of Chartbeat’s revenue teams. As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to provide support to end-users and execution on cross-functional strategic projects in Salesforce and related systems. Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to ensure day-to-day Salesforce usability and data quality, building and enhancing business processes using Salesforce Flows, and maintaining integrations with third-party sales and marketing tools. The position also involves participating in cross-functional projects, assisting in data stewardship, and ensuring Salesforce CPQ configurations support quoting processes.
