Be driven by results, motivated by commission, and not reliant on big marketing budgets or support staff to succeed. Independently identify, research, and engage with potential clients that need dedicated software development teams.Build and manage a sustainable outbound pipeline in Bulgaria and across Europe.Attend and proactively select conferences and industry events to represent the company.Run effective discovery and sales conversations, guiding prospects through a consultative sales journey.Work closely with company leadership to refine positioning, feedback on market responses, and evolve go-to-market strategy.
