Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Clinical Solution Analyst team, owning resourcing, performance management, and career development.
- Serve as a senior product subject matter expert, surfacing gaps and translating delivery insights into product feedback.
- Partner with Sales to support feasibility assessments and with customers during new portfolio and setup.
Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on eCOA experience and deep familiarity with clinical trial designs across diverse therapeutic areas.
- Proven experience leading a team of clinical trial design, business analysis, or implementation specialists.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
