What You'll Do:
- Own the client relationship end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for institutional investor clients.
- Deliver final review and sign-off on diligence results for loan portfolios before outcomes are presented to clients.
- Lead securitization compliance ensuring all diligence deliverables meet SEC reporting requirements and rating agency standards for approved trades.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage due diligence, quality control, or capital markets diligence operations.
- Deep, established relationships with Wall Street institutional investors and a reputation that precedes you in the space.
- Proven track record managing high-volume, time-sensitive diligence engagements with elite clients.
Compensation:
- $175,000 to $180,000/year
