Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for North American M&A.
- Be the primary legal support for North America venture capital investments.
- Provide strategic legal advice regarding transaction structure, risks and execution.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant transactional experience in a large law firm or in-house setting.
- JD degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions required.
- Transactional experience with an emphasis on M&A, investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
