Overview:

  • Provide transactional, regulatory, and other legal support for the daily operations
  • Support the Experian Software Solutions business unit

Responsibilities:

  • Advice on compliance with multiple laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws.
  • Experience in relevant transactional matters, with regulatory experience relevant to financial services (FCRA, GLBA) preferred

Qualifications:

  • 7-11 years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm or in-house setting
  • JD degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions required
