About the Role:

  • You'll be a high-volume, outbound-first member engagement specialist making 80–100+ daily touchpoints across phone, SMS, and email.
  • You'll think strategically about how to reach and persuade members, building trust quickly and guiding them toward transitioning their infusion care to Leap.
  • This role is for someone who thrives in motion, loves closing cases, and finds genuine satisfaction in helping patients take their next step toward care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound member engagement: vary timing, channel, and messaging to maximize contact rates; build rapport and communicate Leap's value.
  • Manage intake, scheduling, and care transitions: gather and validate member information, follow up on documentation, schedule appointments, and prepare comprehensive handoffs.
  • Maintain operational rigor: leverage CRM and outreach tools, keep accurate documentation, track follow-ups, and uphold HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a high-volume outbound or client-facing role (patient outreach, member engagement, customer support, BDR, or B2C client services).
  • Persuasive, empathetic communicator with a strategic approach to outreach; tech-savvy with CRM and outreach platforms.
  • Adaptable and energized by change; available to work 10am–6pm Pacific Time.
