About the Role:
- You will deliver hands-on technical training on OT/ICS security to security and operations teams at customer organizations.
- This is a lab-intensive role requiring deep OT/ICS expertise, not soft-skills training.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on the Dragos Platform, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
- Manage lab environments, troubleshoot in real time, and adapt delivery based on audience experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on OT/ICS security experience and proven ability to train experienced professionals.
- Knowledge of OT protocols, network architectures, and security monitoring; willingness to travel up to 50%.
