Accounting Manager

About the Role:

• Play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
• Be responsible for month-end close activities, financial analysis, and the development of accounting policies.
• Work closely with the broader finance and accounting team in a remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations across key balance sheet and P&L areas.
• Partner with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Payroll, People, and other business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive ad hoc projects, system enhancements, and process transformation initiatives.
