Job Description
Assist the operations team and directly contribute to Fresh Prints’ revenue growth. You will assist in addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers. Sharing pricing quotes and estimated delivery timelines using available tools and resources will be a key responsibility. Proactively flag delays, inconsistencies, or errors that could affect pricing or delivery. Complete assigned tasks with high attention to quality and efficiency. Identify process gaps and propose improvements to help the team scale.
