Job Description
Manage a high requisition load across multiple markets and brands in a fast-growing organization. Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and AI-powered recruiting tools. Conduct phone and Microsoft Teams interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit. Monitor recruiting performance metrics—time-to-fill, show-up rate, and conversion—and make recommendations to improve outcomes. Collaborate with internal TA teammates to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.
