Work with Technical Leads, engineers, and senior stakeholders to ensure predictable, well-governed software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery across multiple projects to align with programme goals, maintaining visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
Lead Kanban-based delivery, support continuous flow, and encourage balance between feature work, technical debt, and improvements.
Provide lightweight governance and reporting, and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment with a pragmatic RAID process.
