Position Summary:
- Researches, curates, and organizes instructional materials.
- Ensures materials meet the evolving needs of learners, collaborators, and partners.
- Requires a collaborative spirit and an eye for detail.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conducts needs assessments and recommends course topics.
- Collaborates with Assessment Developers and Learning Experience Designers.
- Facilitates interviews and feedback loops with subject matter experts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Master’s degree with two years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with four years of experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and continuing education required.
- Experience in Nursing/Allied Health Education preferred.
