Staff Software Engineer, Ads Creative

As a key member of this fast-growing team, you will have lots of ownership and opportunity to be at the cutting edge of building AI-based tools from zero-to-one. As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Ads Creative Management team, you will build tools that make it easier for advertisers to create relevant, effective, visually pleasing ads on Reddit. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of asset storage and management, AI/LLMs, and scaling services to develop world-class tooling and innovate on the behalf of our advertising partners. Write clean, well tested, maintainable code that adheres to best practices. Design and build solutions that span systems, and own the software design end to end. Work in partnership with management and senior leadership to ensure alignment between technical and business goals. Work with cross functional partners for feature development, bug fixes, and new system design to gather input and requirements.
