Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, within our payments squad at Leonardo.Ai, you’ll drive the day-to-day management of payments projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and at high quality. Guiding the integration and evolution of our payment infrastructure and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. You’ll ensure clear communication, set expectations, and adapt to a fast-moving environment to keep projects on track.

This role will sit with the Enterprise Squad, whose mission is to support customers with bespoke solutions and enhancements. You will lead end-to-end delivery of payments initiatives, partner with product, engineering, finance, and design teams, translate high-level business needs into clear technical requirements, coordinate integration work across providers, plan and execute releases for new payments features, track project progress, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Foster a high-performing, values-driven squad culture focused on ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.
