Designer 3 - Industry / Cross Industry

About the Role:

• Design thoughtful, user-centered solutions from early research to final product delivery.
• Leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to create scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

Your Role Responsibilities:

• Translate user insights into design concepts, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, and InVision.
• Lead large design projects through complete product lifecycles using Miro or Mural for ideation and Zeplin or Abstract for handoff.
• Partner with user researchers to plan and execute research using UserTesting, Lookback, Hotjar, and Optimal Workshop.

Technology Tools You'll Use:

• Design & Prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure RP, InVision, Marvel, Principle.
• Collaboration & Whiteboarding: Miro, Mural, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Notion.
• User Research & Testing: UserTesting, Lookback, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, Maze, Qualtrics.

Role Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in Experience Design, UX/UI Design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• 5+ years of hands-on proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure RP.
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
