What is the job:
- Looking for a dedicated New Patient Nurse to join our remote clinical team
- Play an important part in the patient journey
- Conduct pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients
What will you be doing:
- Conduct video-based pre-assessment consultations with patients
- Assess patient suitability for referral to Montu’s expert consultants
- Provide clear guidance to patients about the onboarding process
What do you need:
- A Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
