Job Description
Spring Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead, reporting into the Campaign Operations Team Lead, to elevate our growth engine. As a key member of the B2B Growth Marketing team, you will own end-to-end digital strategy and execution, managing and optimizing paid media programs across search, social, display, programmatic, digital ad placements, and content syndication. Manage relationships with content syndication and digital partners to expand reach among ideal customer profiles and high-intent audiences. Stay current on competitive trends and emerging digital tactics to keep Spring Health’s approach innovative and effective.
Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and account engagement. Collaborate with web and marketing operations teams on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website and landing page performance. Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across ad and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Salesforce and Hubspot. Leverage AI tools and automation for analysis, creative generation, audience segmentation, and optimization.
