About the Role:

Serve as the operational intelligence layer of Cartwheel's revenue cycle.
Connect claim data to workflow problems, surfacing gaps and trends.
Build dashboards, SOPs, and process frameworks that drive measurable improvements.

What you'll do:

Conduct structured analysis of denial and rejection data.
Build and maintain operational dashboards (Looker preferred).
Translate billing logic, payer-specific rules, and denial patterns into written, maintainable SOPs.

Who you are:

3+ years of hands-on RCM operations experience.
Strong analytical skills and experience building operational dashboards.
In-depth knowledge of multiple insurance payer environments.
