Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish quarterly and annual business priorities with clinical marketing, sales, training, and clinical affairs.
  • Lead development and implementation of marketing strategic plans to drive procedure adoption.
  • Define and implement strategy to educate sales reps and surgeons on clinical value.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Actively collaborate with leadership to establish financial budgets and resource allocation.
  • Proactively lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value marketing projects.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with surgical societies and KOLs.

Programs and Execution:

  • Lead collaboration for conference presence, including symposia, PG courses, and live surgical broadcasts.
  • Partner with training to identify and support new training programs.
  • Optimize HPB & Foregut marketing through digital channels and key segments.
