Primary Function of Position:

  • Identify, validate, and manage surgical adoption of cardiac procedures for the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Partner with marketing, sales leadership, Clinical Sales, Capital Sales, and Key Accounts.
  • Develop Surgeons, Cardiologists, Team Members, and Executive KOLs to pioneer da Vinci use in cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all four phases of the new da Vinci Cardiac Technical Training Pathway.
  • Create da Vinci Cardiac awareness using data, technology, referring physicians, executives, and peer-to-peer engagements.
  • Recruit and develop Surgical, Cardiology, and Executive KOLs for teaching and programmatic development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business and 5+ years of medical device experience required.
  • Proven success in sales achievement and ability to develop KOLs and Reference Centers.
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills; ability to travel up to 70%.
