Role Overview:

  • Shape and execute the HCP marketing strategy for a best-in-class launch in a fully remote, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Translate brand strategy into high-impact execution through data-driven insights and omnichannel activation.
  • Report to the Sr. Director, HCP Marketing and collaborate closely with Medical, Sales, and Digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of messaging, creative campaigns, and tactical plans across personal and non-personal channels.
  • Partner with market research to identify segmentation, decision drivers, and prescribing behaviors.
  • Manage sample strategy, field force training, and campaign measurement to ensure ROI and brand objectives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including 6+ years in HCP marketing.
  • Demonstrated launch experience and cardiovascular or chronic care background strongly preferred.
  • Builder mindset with high accountability, ability to lead through ambiguity, and excellent communication skills.
