Job Description
The Training and Learning Specialist will conduct platform training sessions for new hires, auction staff, and dealer clients, as well as maintain and update learning materials, documentation, and video tutorials. They will field user questions and offer coaching or clarification, collaborate with product and support teams on system updates, and monitor training progress and report on learner readiness. They will also refine onboarding workflows and knowledge base content and support live and remote learning via screen shares and recordings.
