Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders.
- Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a Salesforce solution.
- Create requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in end-to-end implementations.
- Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools.
- Exceeds at advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation and implementation activities following Salesforce best practices.
