The Legal Intern will support Ventra's in-house corporate legal department. The intern will be involved in various tasks, including reviewing, drafting, and logging contracts, as well as organizing and tracking consent documents. They will perform general corporate maintenance and compliance activities, conducting legal research on healthcare and compliance topics. Responsibilities include legal research, reviewing and logging agreements, drafting confidentiality, vendor, and customer contracts, managing state filings and business licenses, and assisting with legal and compliance projects. They should be well-organized, ethical, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
