Position Summary:
- Monitors residential mortgage loans in the foreclosure process.
- Conducts activities in adherence to investor timelines.
- Manages loan portfolios and works with attorney firms.
Responsibilities:
- Audits and reviews foreclosure timelines.
- Processes loans from referral to FC Sale.
- Maintains records within the servicing system.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Default Servicing processes.
- Functional knowledge of federal foreclosure law.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Desired Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years banking operations or foreclosure legal experience.
- 3+ years Mortgage Servicing experience.
