Job Description
Manage Book Orders: Place and process book orders on vendor websites following manager's directions. Own the full order-to-delivery cycle: Monitor confirmations, track shipments, and forward information to clinic sites. Manage the Books Team email account and distribute information.
Handle Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices monthly by matching them against purchase orders in Excel. Flag and investigate variances, reporting findings to stakeholders. Maintain accurate records by updating the master Excel sheet.
Support Organization Goals: Support grant-funded orders ensuring quantities and timing align with grant requirements. Assist in implementing, updating, and creating processing documentation. Support additional projects as requested.
