New Enterprise Systems Product Manager (Back Office)

This role is responsible for optimizing and scaling Motive's Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows to support rapid international expansion. This involves finding solutions to current process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem and other enterprise applications. Key areas of focus include improving the quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless data flow between departments like Sales, Finance, and Order Management, and maintaining system reliability to support Motive's growth. The candidate will improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of our Front Office and Back Office systems and business workflows. They will understand business needs, prioritize them against overall business goals, drive strategic initiatives for Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows on Salesforce, Zuora and Netsuite.
